This song profile is flexible in its use because you can make it super intense or moderately intense based on the way you cue it and where you include it in your overall ride. I tend to use it near the beginning of the ride because it’s a nice way to acclimate the legs to a climb and there is plenty of time to coach technique for each of the different positions.
