This is a good song to add to the mix if you’re trying to acclimate your riders to more time in the saddle. It’ll give them enough mental tasks to keep them preoccupied so they don’t realize they’ve been seated (!) And for those still not tricked, there is a 50 second period to stand and give the butt a break.
