MIXED CLIMB: Whoomp! (Brooklyn Bounce Remix) by 666 & Tag Team

There is something just perfect about the BPM of a song aligning with the RPM!  The biggest feedback I get about this song from my participants is that they say there is something about the chorus (Whoomp!  There it is!) that makes them want to pedal along to the beat, and they love that!  And the cool thing is that the chorus clocks in at 141 BPM so a cadence of 70 is right on the money!

You’ll actually need a timer for this one because the 15 second cadence surges during the running aren’t connected to any musical landmark – you’ll have to time it manually.   If you’re a beat person I usually start it about 32 counts into the run and it works out well.
