I usually use this song right after the warm up because it’s relatively long and it gives you enough time in both the standing and seated climb positions to adequately cue technique, etc. It allows newbies to understand and feel the cadence/resistance ratio, especially with the controlled 5 rpm increases and decreases.
You can also be creative with your cueing and make the connection about being “on the edge” of a great ride ahead!
