SEATED CLIMB: Humpty (Remix,) by DJ Fleek

This 2015 remix of a 1990 hit will surely bring nostalgia back to the saddle!

The cadence of 68-70 was determined because the song is 137 bpm and when you really have to dig in and fight a climb in the saddle it often helps if you can get in sync with the beat of the song.  I’ve found that on heavy seated climbs no matter what cadence I suggest, most people gravitate toward matching the beat of the music anyway.  So I find it important to try to have my seated climb songs in the correct bpm range…it makes everyone’s task easier!
