This was another song for which as soon as I heard it – Boom! – heavy seated climb. It had to be. It’s basically a pep-rally washed in outrage, which is a sentiment that, more often than not, transfers readily to a tough climb!
It helps to know this song well prior to coaching it because each heavy segment is a different length. The second one is only 14 seconds so you’ll have to let the riders know there is no time to waste or it’ll be over before their hands are even off the resistance knob.
